If you have an established utility account(s) with the City of Marfa, you can view and optionally pay your bills right here with no stamps, envelopes, checks, or trips to City Hall. In order to view your bill and optionally make a payment on-line just click on the View/Pay eBills button (one above and one below). You can use your credit card (MasterCard, VISA, DISCOVER and American Express). You can also pay with PayPal which allows you to set up payments from your checking account or a credit or debit card.
It’s easy to get started. If you’ve never registered before, registration is fast and convenient. You’ll need your Name as it appears on your bill, your Account Number as it appears on your bill and your email address. You will be asked for your PIN that you can get from your last bill or by calling City Hall at 432-729-4315. You’ll create your own personal User Name and Password and, when completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating that you are now registered. Once registered, all you’ll need is your User Name and Password to access your account.
Marfa Municipal Court We have also added the option to pay citations processed in the City of Marfa Municipal Court which include traffic citations and or city ordinance.Simply log in with username and password.Go to Pay Other Items,Pay My Citation and fill in the Prompts.If you have any questions call 432-729-3890
This is a Convenience Fee based service. The convenience fee is collected by a third party payment processor and that fee is used to pay the credit card processing fees and the cost of operating the payment web site. The City does not collect any of the Convenience Fee. You can calculate the convenience fee once you have clicked the Make an ePayment button and BEFORE you make any payment.
The City does not collect or retain any personal financial information with this web site as that process is entirely handled by PayPal through its secure payment processing portal.
